Time and tide is het logboek van een persoonlijke ontdekkingsreis langs de Nederlandse kust. Het project is een weerslag van omzwervingen langs de kustlijn, bij storm, eb en vloed, bij nacht en ontij, invallende duisternis of opkomende zon. Een fotografisch dagboek genoteerd in zwart-wit. De weidsheid en leegte van de kust gevat in panorama’s, vastgelegd tegen de achtergrond van de dreigende zeespiegelstijging, langs de kust van de Noordzee, de Waddenzee en de (voormalige) Zuiderzee. Photographic diary, entries and reflections expressed in black-and-white. The vastness and emptiness of the seascapes realised in panoramas, against the backdrop of the rising sea level, following the shores of my home country, the Netherlands, lowland at the sea.
